We offer 7 days return/exchange policy based on criteria mentioned here.

Valid Reasons to Return an Item

The product can be returned/exchanged if it qualifies our “Quality Check” that includes below:

1.The Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)

2.Delivered Product is incorrect (not the one as ordered)/ incomplete (missing parts)

3.Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / you do not like the product after opening the package)

4.The Product don’t belong to Hygienic Category i.e. Shavers, Epilators, Tooth Brush etc.

Note:

The product should must be in original condition & should include all packaging and accessories (i.e. Manuals/Warranty Card/Return Form/Sale Invoice/Tags etc.)

Returns Not Acceptable

The product will not be returned/exchanged based on below:

1.Product delivered during Promotions/Sales will not be returned/exchanged unless the delivered product is damaged.

2.The product got damaged after delivery.

3.The product is used.

4.The packing of product is damaged.

5.Product documents are not complete.

Note: 

•If product is returned to us in an inadequate condition the company reserves the right to send it back to you.

•Usage Damaged Products (defective product after use) will come under company’s “Warranty Claim Policy” and will be dealt separately.

How to Return the Product

1.Email us your “Return Request” at eshop@homeplus.net.pk with subject line “Return/Exchange Request” or Call our Customer Support at 042 35774612 to file your request and receive your “Return Request Id” for updates.

2.Once after getting “Return Request Id”, fill out the “Return Form” that comes with product package.

3.Pack items and attach the “Return/Exchange” label with “Return Request Id” on packing.

4.Our agent will pick-up the product from your door-step, provide him with the “Product, Return Form and all other documents mentioned above.”

5.Your returned item will be Quality Checked.

6.If validated and Quality Check passes, your request will be processed as per your selected preference i.e. refund or replacement.

Required Information to Process Return Request

Please be prepared to give the following pieces of information:

•Your order number & order date

•Product Model Number & Sale Invoice Number

•The reason for the return

•The desired action i.e. refund/replace

•The method of refund that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.)

•Address; Where and when the product should be picked-up

Note:

For pick-ups, we will make 3 attempts to pick-up the product. Please make sure to be available for a scheduled pickup to make things easier for you.

1.Return/Exchange request will be processed in 7 working days.

2.Once product is validated for return/exchange, you’ll be refunded in 15 days with option you selected.

3.For the products purchased on sale, if a refund is allowed on the sale item, the amount refunded will be the exact amount paid for the item, and not its original value.

4.If product doesn’t validate for return/exchange, our customer support will email and call you to share the details with you and will close the request.

Following Refund Options are available:

1.Store Credit Refund Voucher (you can use the voucher for a new purchase on the website subtracting that amount from the new total)

2.Complete Cash Refund (through Cheque/Bank Deposit/Credit Card Transaction Reversal/Pay Order/Mobile Account)
